to ISP (Internet Service Provider) through calls.

- Any Graduate/Under Graduate Can apply.
- At least of one year experience into any Voice Support. (Customer Support).
- 6 Months of experience is needed if that you have technical support insight.
- Preferred International voice process Experience.
- Phenomenal Communication.
- Great in Customer Centricity.

Responsibilities

answer calls and responds to emails

handle customer inquiries both telephonically
and by email
·
research required information using available
resources
·
manage and resolve customer complaints
·
provide customers with service information
·
enter new customer information into the system
·
update existing customer information
·
process orders, forms, and applications
·
identify and escalate priority issues
·
follow up customer calls where necessary
·
document all call information according to
standard operating procedures
·
complete call logs
· produce call reports
