During the delayed days of the apparently unending pandemic, mechanical engineers are getting eager. The staffing and selecting the organization, Aerotek, recently overviewed more than 150 full-time and contract mechanical engineers over a few enterprises and found that most respondents were not happy with their managers. Aerotek teamed up with the statistical surveying firm, MDRG, to request that mechanical engineers rate the significance of 23 factors and report on how well their present businesses were delivering on them. The organization also asked mechanical engineers what it would take to satisfy them.
