Your days will be filled with
- Assisting customers, sales partners and account managers with support issues via phone, e-mail, instant messaging and remotely control users’ devices
- Troubleshooting issues across our hardware and software platforms
- Helping with customizations of our customer’s communication software
- Developing knowledge in current and coming products
- Reporting feature requests and escalate issues
- Discussing needs and requirements with customers and professionals and suggest relevant Tobii Dynavox products and solutions
- Following up with customers on their experiences with repaired devices
- Assist with configuring and shipping of AAC devices
- Together with our marketing team monitor our social media channels
- We are looking for someone who
- Have experience working with Technical Support in a customer facing role.
- Has knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- Have excellent level of spoken and written English. Additional languages are a great plus!
- Feel comfortable to interact with the tech savvy people, but also make computer novices feel supported and understood.
- Have an interest in AAC products
- Limited travel within the UK and Europe may be expected as part of this Tech support jobs role.
