An incredible Help desk professional should have great
technical knowledge and be able to share viably to understand the issue and
clarify its solution. They should also be client oriented and patient to manage
troublesome clients.
The objective is to create an incentive for customers that
will help save the organization's reputation and business.
Prerequisites
- Demonstrated insight as a help desk specialist or other customer care job
- Well informed with working knowledge on office automation products, databases and controller
- Great understanding of PC systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Capacity to analyze and resolve fundamental technical issues
- Capability in English
- Astounding communication abilities
- Client - oriented and cool-tempered
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or applicable field
