Engineering occupations are in exceptional demand, anyway there are insufficient graduates to fill the need. The issue is two-fold: recruitment and retention. Students from a variety of academic backgrounds originate from the tri-state area (Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey) to apply for a seat in the free program. It also is presenting us to incredible connections — to graduated class and staff - and giving us tips on the most proficient method to do well in college."
