As a Senior Systems Administrator on the Technology and Security department, you will help with the everyday technical activities of the company staff and the systems they use, both locally and remotely. You will also serve as a technical project manager for various large-scale infrastructure and technology projects that influence the company on the large.

Duties include:

As a Senior Systems Administrator, your fundamental obligations will include maintaining computer systems, including:

  • Help Desk ticketing management and remote support
  • Equipment and software support
  • Systems administration / Networking
  • Videoconferencing (both digital and physical)
  • Onboarding and offboarding errands for recently recruited employees and departing representatives
  • General desk-side technical support
  • Execution of large scale technical ventures and expansive technology activities

As the primary IT point of contact for the company's workers, you will also be associated with helping with any technical tasks as we scale different groups, including:

  1. Acquiring and transportation hardware to remote representatives
  2. Installation, cabling, and migration of networking, A/V, and office equipment
  3. Other IT-related undertakings as required

About you:

  • You know about backgrounds in systems administration with a record of continuously extending duties.
  • You are capable of mixed Mac and PC infrastructures, networking Okta/SSO identity management, G Suite/Google systems, Slack, video conferencing, Atlassian products, and so on.)
  • You have utilized a ticketing system as well as the CRM platform for the issue and support tracking.
  • You have a hunger for knowledge and extraordinary research skills; you love individually taking care of issues and developing inventive solutions for complex issues.
  • You are a self-starter with initiative and drive to achieve objectives with minimal guidance.
  • You are versatile and sharp-witted, ready to manage ambiguity and changing requirements and business needs.
