The applicants must be holders of:
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering
- First Degree in one of the following: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Applied Physics (with at any rate a 2.1 class or comparable).
- Also, high academic execution and interest in research are viewed as significant qualifications.
Obligations AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate is expected to lead research under
research projects of the PV Technology Laboratory in the field of Smart Grids,
Grid Integration, and Emerging Technologies.
The successful candidate will have the following obligations
and duties:
- Design, execution, and experimentation to gather information
- Demonstrating and analysis of Smart Grids and the integration of renewable power sources and other emerging technologies
- Study and analysis on the other transporter reconciliation and jolt
- Data analysis
- Composing articles and distributions of research results
- Support in research project management
- Commitment to the dissemination of results and in educational exercises.
- Extra skills exceptionally valued:
- Power system analysis software – Powerfactory, Simulink/Matlab
- Object-oriented programming – Java as well as Python
- Data Analysis – Matlab
Employment TERMS:
The month to month employment cost for full-time employment
(140 hrs/month) is in the range of €2000-4200 (€14, 28/hr - €30, 00/hr). From
this sum, the manager and worker contributions to the various Government Funds
will be deducted. The pay can change depending upon experience, qualifications,
and specific obligations in research projects included. The initial agreement,
which is on an hourly basis, is for one (1) year with the possibility of
renewal based on effective progress. The thirteenth pay isn't given.
